EXCHANGE & ALTERATION POLICY
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. Please read the terms below before making a purchase.
We have a NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY. All sales are final. However, we offer a one-time alteration within 30 days of purchase on eligible products.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp at +91 9871316713. Some items may be Made to Order and are not eligible for returns. Such details will always be mentioned on the respective product page. International orders can avail size alterations with additional courier charges.
ALTERATION / EXCHANGE POLICY
As per our company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns once a product has been sold. A one-time alteration can be provided within 30 days of purchase, subject to product eligibility.
To request an alteration or size exchange, you must WhatsApp us at +91 9871316713 or email us at Brillarecouture@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Only size alteration or size exchange is possible. If the required size is not available, a store credit may be issued.
Products should be sent to us through a traceable courier service since we do not provide reverse pickup in all locations. Any shipment not received by us will be considered not returned. Please include your name, address, phone number, email, order ID, and the size needed inside the parcel.
All shipping charges for sending the product to us and receiving the altered product back (both ways) must be paid by the customer. Store credit, if issued, will be valid for 20 days from the date of issuance.
Exchange or alteration is not accepted if the customer does not like the fabric, color, or design. Mild color variations of 10–12% due to screen resolution or lighting are not considered defects. Exchange cannot be accepted for products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Items purchased during sale, using coupon codes, discounts, or special offers are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Accessories are not eligible for exchange or return. In some situations, the customer may be required to ship the product to our warehouse directly, depending on pickup availability.
IMPORTANT NOTES
We allow a one-time alteration per order only. Products remain the customer’s responsibility until received and verified by our team. In case of return, the customer has to self-ship the product as per the guided address. Some regions may require the customer to self-ship the product due to courier availability.
